IMA developed im@net to pool performances, making this « trade tool » available to its providers of towing, roadside assistance, taxi and ambulance services amongst others.
im@net is a dedicated and secure website providing a full range of advantageous services:

an interface with GTIR and SOFT 2 RENT tools;
faster payment of your invoices through electronic billing.
The “mobility system” option (in-vehicle device) enables you to use geolocation to identify the vehicle closest to the location of the event and transmit a work order directly. Upon completion of the work order, your employee can also send in his or her report from the vehicle.
IMA has decided to make im@net available free of charge to its service providers.
Training to use the equipment is carried out by the regional manager.
