The reporting procedure (alerts)

The French law known as SAPIN II on transparency and the fight against corruption provides for the establishment of a whistleblowing system to collect reports of acts or situations that contravene the Code of Conduct or serious, illegal acts or acts contrary to the public interest.

The Code of Ethics for Service Providers and Contributors

The IMA Group is committed to supporting and applying fundamental principles in the areas of human rights, working conditions, the environment and the fight against corruption. For these reasons, the IMA Group expects its suppliers and service providers, whom it uses on its own behalf or on behalf of its clients, to share the same ethical values and to commit to complying with this Code of Ethics.

The Charter for Offering and Accepting Business Gifts

As part of its compliance programme, the IMA Group has implemented policies and procedures relating to the prevention of corruption and influence peddling in its activities.
