Service providers dedicated to carbon-free mobility
We affirm our responsibility by training service providers committed to the development of carbon-free mobility. With more than 15 years of experience in this field, we are now the leading assistance provider for France's electric vehicle fleet.
Our partners are specifically qualified to deal with issues specific to these vehicles: emergency charging solutions, mobile charging, or installation of home charging stations. In large urban areas, some service providers have equipment that allows for recharging to ensure continuity of travel.
Service quality guides every intervention. IMA breakdown mechanics have undergone dedicated training and are certified in electrical safety (B2XL). We are also supporting the growth of soft mobility with a developing national network of approved breakdown and towing mechanics, mobilized to secure and maintain all journeys.
Responding to new challenges related to housing
We have an extensive network to address social issues and climate and energy challenges. Our Habitat partners provide assistance with claims, remote monitoring, and home security. Emergency and non-emergency experts provide tailored and coordinated responses, taking into account local constraints and beneficiaries' expectations. Support at every stage
The integration of a new service provider follows a structured process: application, needs analysis, telephone discussions, validation of specifications, on-site or remote audit, and collection of regulatory documents. This is then formalized by the signing of an agreement followed by a trial period.
Dedicated teams then ensure continuous quality monitoring, based on proximity and listening. We regularly evaluate service quality based on compliance with specifications, field feedback, and satisfaction surveys. An annual review allows us to ensure that this collaboration is long-lasting.
