Recording of telephone conversations
The companies of the IMA Group (IMA GIE, IMATECH, and IMH) record or conduct dual listening on some of the calls to its services, in its capacity as Data Controller.
These recordings are used in our legitimate interest and unless you object, in the context of:
- Improving employee skills;
- Monitoring advice and customer relationship quality;
- Compiling factual information that can be used in the prevention and resolution of disputes, litigation, and pre-litigation;
- Protecting employees in the event of verbal abuse and incivility towards them;
- Conducting experiments related to management and quality monitoring objectives, as well as analyzing conversations using artificial intelligence techniques.
They may also be used in the context of our legal obligations to:
- Manage requests to exercise your rights;
- Implement control mechanisms, particularly in the fight against fraud and corruption.
These recordings are intended solely for authorized persons and may be transmitted to and/or accessed by technical service providers involved in the implementation and analysis of telephone conversations. They are kept for a period of six months, except in the event of a dispute, in which case they are kept for the duration of the dispute and until all avenues of appeal have been exhausted.
In accordance with legal provisions, you have the right to access, delete, and object to the use of your data for legitimate reasons.
