What data is processed?

IMA SA ensures that it only collects data that is strictly necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. Failure to provide this data will make it impossible for IMA SA or other companies in the IMA Group to process your request.

In addition to the connection and browsing data specified in the “Cookies” tab, IMA SA specifically collects the following data, depending on your requests: 

Regarding contact forms:

- For inquiries:

• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your mutual insurance company/insurance provider
• Your membership number
• Your message
• The name of your company, if applicable

- for requests from partners:

• Your situation (breakdown/towing service or ambulance/taxi service or personal services)
• The subject of your message
• Your IMA provider code
• The name of your company
• Your activity
• Your first and last names
• Your telephone number
• Your email address

- For requests to our various internal departments:

- Regarding requests for assistance certificates:

• The name of your insurer
• The country of destination
• Your policy number

• The names of the policy beneficiaries
• Details of the trip

-For claims:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your IMA file reference or insurance policy number
• The name of the organization with which you took out your policy

The data collected on this site is intended to respond to your requests and process them in the best possible way.

What is the legal basis for processing?

The legal basis for processing is the fulfillment of contractual obligations or pre-contractual measures.

Who are the recipients of your personal data?

The data collected is intended for other companies in the IMA Group and technical subcontractors as necessary.

How long is your personal data stored?

The data is stored for the time necessary to process your request. 

What are your rights and how can you exercise them?

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Recording of telephone conversations

The companies of the IMA Group (IMA GIE, IMATECH, and IMH) record or conduct dual listening on some of the calls to its services, in its capacity as Data Controller.

These recordings are used in our legitimate interest and unless you object, in the context of:

• Improving employee skills;
• Monitoring advice and customer relationship quality;
• Compiling factual information that can be used in the prevention and resolution of disputes, litigation, and pre-litigation;
• Protecting employees in the event of verbal abuse and incivility towards them;
• Conducting experiments related to management and quality monitoring objectives, as well as analyzing conversations using artificial intelligence techniques.

They may also be used in the context of our legal obligations to:

• Manage requests to exercise your rights;
• Implement control mechanisms, particularly in the fight against fraud and corruption. 

These recordings are intended solely for authorized persons and may be transmitted to and/or accessed by technical service providers involved in the implementation and analysis of telephone conversations. They are kept for a period of six months, except in the event of a dispute, in which case they are kept for the duration of the dispute and until all avenues of appeal have been exhausted.

In accordance with legal provisions, you have the right to access, delete, and object to the use of your data for legitimate reasons.
