    Our assistance coordinators manage a wide variety of missions. Their goal is to facilitate mobility and ensure the safety of drivers, passengers, and travelers all around the world.

    We provide home‑related assistance solutions to policyholders who experience a home incident, combining human support with the strength of our network of more than 1,600 service providers across France.
    All our services are designed to meet the growing connectivity needs of modern homes.

  • Wellness

    Our assistance coordinators implement support measures in cases of hospitalization or immobilization. They guide and support families (caregivers, end‑of‑life situations, bereavement…).
    They also manage medical repatriations. They make everyday life easier for anyone who needs help coping with challenging situations.
