Apply for your assistance certificate online
⚠️ We advise you to submit your certificate request several weeks before your departure or visa application.
How and why should you use this form?
A certificate of assistance is required in the following cases, amongst others:
- a visa application for certain countries
- a visa application for the Russian Federation (please note: this country is particularly vigilant regarding the consistency of the outbound and return travel dates stated on your visa application and your certificate of assistance)
- a request from a travel organiser (a school, an educational establishment, an association, a travel agency, etc.)
- Cuba requires proof of “repatriation cover” at the country’s points of entry (airports, ports, etc.)
