Appointments

The IMA Group is strengthening its senior management team to accelerate its technological and operational transformation and its development in France and internationally.

Following an initial wave of appointments in the summer of 2025, the IMA Group announces the appointment of Alexandra Bonneau as Deputy Director in charge of networks and partnerships, real estate, purchasing, and general services, and François Guillemot as Deputy Director in charge of information systems and technologies.

Alexandra Bonneau, Deputy Director in charge of networks and partnerships, real estate, purchasing, and general services

Alexandra Bonneau, 47, has over 20 years of professional experience in the insurance and assistance sector. She has spent most of her career at BPCE Assurances, where she has held positions of increasing responsibility, ranging from managing motor vehicle claims to overseeing outsourced insurance services. Her experience in managing the partner ecosystem and responsible purchasing will strengthen the IMA Group's expertise in this area, which is essential to its performance for the benefit of its shareholders, customers, and service providers.

François Guillemot, Deputy Director in charge of Information Systems and Technologies

Aged 60, François Guillemot has spent a significant part of his career in the insurance sector, notably at APICIL, Groupama, and Mutex. Before joining the IMA Group, he held management positions at the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) covering information systems, human resources, finance, general resources, and transformation. His expertise in the unification and consolidation of information systems strengthens the IMA Group's ability to secure and stabilize its IT infrastructure, both in France and internationally, with a focus on cyber resilience, service continuity, and operational performance.
