IMA and Créateur de Forêt: a three-year commitment to local biodiversity

At IMA, protecting the environment is not just an intention, it is action on the ground. We are proud to announce our three-year partnership with Créateur de Forêt, a Niort-based mission-driven company dedicated to the sustainable regeneration of ecosystems.

The Guyot Valley: 2,400 m² preserved for a century

The first phase of this commitment is taking shape in the Guyot Valley, just outside our headquarters in Niort. This ambitious project involves planting and protecting 2,400 m² of biodiversity.

What makes this initiative unique? Its sustainability. Thanks to an Environmental Real Obligation (ORE), this space will be protected from any destructive human intervention for 99 years, allowing nature to fully reclaim its rights.

Around fifty employees in the field

In early February, IMA moved from signing to action. Around 50 of our employees put on their boots to take part in planting sessions.

Alongside 860 other contributors (schoolchildren, citizens, and local businesses), they actively participated in restoring this future green lung. The program included:

  • Planting local species to promote a resilient ecosystem.
  • Raising awareness of biodiversity to better understand the challenges facing local flora and fauna.

A long-term vision: 2025-2027

This project is only the first step. Over the next two years, IMA and Créateur de Forêt will identify new areas in France for renaturation. Our ambition remains the same: to support local, concrete, and above all sustainable initiatives that promote life.
