Professional Equality Index

Stemming from the Professional Future Act, the aim of this index is to eliminate gender inequality in companies.

The company signed an agreement on professional equality at the end of 2018 and monitors the data and measures planned in this area, in particular with the CSE's Professional Equality Commission.

The calculation is based on five indicators (results in points)

1 – Gender pay gap within the company
2 – Gap in individual salary increase rates
3 – Gap in promotions
4 – Percentage of female employees receiving a salary increase in the year following their return from maternity leave
5 – Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest paid employees in the company
