2025 season: A successful mission accomplished for our 500 reinforcements

Summer is coming to an end, and with it, a period of intense activity at our support centers. Once again this year, the mobilization has been exemplary: 500 seasonal workers have lent a hand to our teams at the Niort and Rouen sites, ensuring seamless service continuity for our beneficiaries.

Mobility and Medical: responsiveness on demand

Whether dealing with mechanical breakdowns on the road to vacation destinations or more complex repatriations, our seasonal reinforcements were there when needed. Their dedication enabled us to smoothly manage peak call volumes, ensuring quick and compassionate solutions for every emergency situation.

A successful skills upgrade

The success of the 2025 season was based on meticulous preparation and close support:

  • Effective training: new arrivals quickly learn the ropes and customer service standards.
  • Expert support: thanks to the “flying instructors” system, seasonal workers have immediate technical support if they have any questions.

A springboard for internal growth

Beyond assisting our beneficiaries, this season has been a real driver of professional development for our employees. Eleven of them, all assistance coordinators, took on the challenge of temporary management. Their transition to the role of seasonal manager has been a success, confirming our commitment to internal mobility and talent development.
