The results we are presenting for 2025 demonstrate the strength of our business model, even in an uncertain environment.
Beyond the numbers, these results reflect the unwavering commitment of all IMA Group employees, who bring a deeply human approach to their work every day. For 45 years, we have been there in times of crisis, 24 hours a day, supporting those facing vulnerable situations. Access to assistance is a right we defend at IMA.

This momentum is also driven by the expansion of our international operations, which today stands as a key driver of our growth. It reflects our ability to adapt our expertise to local specificities while remaining true to what makes us unique: high-quality assistance, rooted in local communities and focused on people.

These results mark the culmination of our 2022–2025 Strategic Plan, which prepared IMA for the profound transformations in its market. During this period, we have strengthened our performance, modernized our customer journeys, accelerated our international expansion, reinforced our employees’ commitment, and implemented major structural changes. It is this foundation that allows us to look to the future with conviction and determination.

A solid performance to wrap up the 2022–2025 Strategic Plan

Driven by international expansion and its French operations, working alongside its mutual shareholders and partners, the IMA Group posted solid results in 2025.
Revenue reached €1,112 million in 2025, representing a 7% increase compared to 2024.
Consolidated net income attributable to the Group reached €42.8 million, compared to €32.2 million in 2024, representing an increase of €10.6 million (+33%).

The number of assistance cases handled by IMA Group is up 6.5% compared to 2024, with 4.1 million cases handled in 2025:
A 4.6% increase in Travel Assistance cases, driven in particular by growth in medical assistance (+23.6%) and Travel Insurance;
A 0.2% decrease in Home Assistance cases, amid a restructuring of the French market;
• A 1% decrease in Residential Assistance cases, due to moderate weather-related activity in 2025.

Behind these results are teams working tirelessly to collectively resolve crises: in 2025, 16 million calls were handled by assistance centers, equating to one person assisted every 7 seconds, 24 hours a day.
