IMA Ibérica at Disrupt 2026: AI is part of our daily lives

IMA Ibérica took part in Disrupt 2026 on 14 April, an event organised by Sabio, where professionals from various companies shared their views on how artificial intelligence is transforming the user experience into tangible results.

On behalf of IMA Ibérica, our Director of Information Systems and General Services, Rafik Allaoua, explained how AI has evolved from a concept of the future into a key ally in our day-to-day operations. Today, AI supports agents in every interaction: it offers suggestions, facilitates immediate access to the necessary information, and provides the context needed to make decisions more quickly and with confidence.

During his presentation, Rafik clearly highlighted the benefits achieved following its implementation at IMA Ibérica: greater accuracy, time savings in management, more agile processes, and a more consistent and higher-quality customer experience.
