Our corporate social responsibility
In response to current societal and environmental challenges, IMATECH is strengthening its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach. As part of this initiative, we are rolling out initiatives in line with our commitments (environment, diversity, solidarity, support, and well-being at work).
Our commitments to our employees
We strive to ensure that everyone can flourish, be recognized, and find their place within the company. This commitment is reflected in various agreements:
• intergenerational agreements promoting the integration of young people into the workplace and the integration and retention of senior employees,
• disability, promoting the integration and support of employees with disabilities
Measures are in place to support employees on a daily basis: an occupational health service, facilities that promote quality of life at work (gym, company restaurant, advantageous teleworking, etc.), preventive measures (hearing and vision screening, etc.), a training support program, and a partnership with Action Logement to support and guide them with their housing issues.
