Your integration

Welcome to IMATECH

From the moment you are hired, you will receive support to help you integrate into your new team.

On your first day, you will attend a morning welcome session to learn about IMATECH and the IMA Group and provide you with all the information you need as a new employee. You will also visit the premises to familiarize yourself with your new working environment and receive your IT equipment.

Once these steps are complete, it will be time to meet your manager and colleagues and begin your new adventure.

All of this will take place in a pleasant atmosphere and a friendly environment.

Training you to progress

Throughout your career, IMATECH supports you in your training needs and guides you in your project, whether it involves strengthening your expertise or developing new skills. 

And because learning doesn't stop at professional skills, employees can also benefit from extra-professional training each year, in addition to their internal training program. These courses cover a variety of topics related to personal development or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), such as eco-driving, priority management, AI, and road safety.

Becoming an expert manager

Our managers work closely with teams, on the ground, to provide day-to-day support, promote skills development, and respond quickly to business challenges.

As soon as they take up their position, whether following recruitment or internal promotion, new IMATECH managers benefit from an IMA Group certification program designed for first-time managers.

This program supports mobility and skills development through peer exchanges, individual coaching, and digital resources, in addition to in-person training.
