Your salary
MATECH offers remuneration packages broken down as follows:
• Fixed salary that takes into account the level of responsibility and skills required for the position held
• Variable, quarterly or annual, determined based on the achievement of individual quantitative and qualitative objectives
• Profit-sharing and incentive schemes that reward collective performance
• Vacation bonusAmong the benefits offered:
• Attractive health insurance, with 65% covered by IMATECH
• Compensation for teleworking
• Company catering (50% of meal costs covered)
• Mobility benefits: compensation for the use of soft mobility, 70% of subscription costs coveredWork-study contracts
As a work-study student, you will receive remuneration based on your type of contract (apprenticeship or professional training), your age, your level of education, and the degree you are pursuing. You will receive paid leave and the same benefits as employees (profit sharing, incentive plans, etc.), access to company restaurants and employee benefits, and 70% reimbursement of transportation costs.
Internships
As an intern, you will receive a stipend based on various criteria, such as your profile, your training, the duration of your internship/work-study program, etc. Our interns are reimbursed for 70% of their transportation costs.

What qualities are required to be hired as a customer advisor?
To become a customer advisor at IMATECH, you must have proven interpersonal skills, good listening skills, and empathy to respond to customer needs. Fluency in French, both spoken and written, is also essential. Analytical and organizational skills, as well as proficiency with computer tools, are also desirable qualities for this position.Is it possible to be hired without a degree?
It depends on the position you are applying for! A degree or professional experience is sometimes required, particularly for support roles or jobs in specific fields such as law or automotive, for example. Conversely, a degree is not necessarily required for certain customer service positions. What matters most in this field is you and your ability to communicate, provide solutions to customers, and offer high-quality service.
