Interview with a recruiter

After careful consideration of your application, if it is suitable for the position, you will be contacted for an initial telephone interview. This discussion will allow us to discuss your career plans and introduce you to the position and the company.

Group recruitment sessions may be organized with local employment partners (France Travail and partner schools/universities) to present the company and the position.

Meetings

Candidates have the opportunity to spend time shadowing our teams on our trading floors to gain a concrete understanding of the tasks involved. Tests are also carried out to validate the prerequisites required for the position (legal, IT, spelling, etc.).

Final decision

At the end of this process, if our expectations match your skills and personal aspirations, you will receive a job offer!
