AI : IMA launches its legal chatbot ELOÏSE to enhance the customer experience
This chatbot, developed in-house by IMATECH, draws on AI resources and is part of the Group's innovation strategy. ELOÏSE was designed by and for our legal experts, giving them access to reliable, immediate information with the aim of enhancing the quality of our customer experience.
In a constantly changing legal and regulatory environment, accessing the right information is a major challenge in making the law accessible to all. IMATECH's answer: ELOÏSE, a legal AI based on 20 years of expertise and an internal database fed by 180 lawyers.
