Appointments within the IMA Group

  • Elodie PAPET and Alexandra BONNEAU join the general management of the IMA Group
  • Catherine LARDY is appointed Deputy Director of IMA Innovation
Elodie PAPET, Alexandra BONNEAU et  Catherine LARDY

Elodie PAPET, currently Deputy Managing Director of IMA Assistance France, is appointed Managing Director of IMA SA in charge of Operations.

After starting her career at IMA as an Assistance Officer in 2000, Elodie Papet, 45 years old, has been responsible for various missions within the Group: Assistance Manager, Operational Flow Manager with service providers, Director in charge of commercial support and operational flows, Chief of staff, then Deputy Deputy Director of IMA Assistance France since 2024. With her extensive knowledge of the world of assistance and the challenges of the company, she will be responsible for supporting the operational transformations of the Group.

Alexandra BONNEAU is appointed Deputy Director of IMA SA in charge of networks and partnerships, purchasing, real estate and general resources as of December 1, 2025.

Alexandra Bonneau, 46 years old, currently Director of outsourced services at BPCE Assurances IARD benefits from more than 20 years of professional experience in the world of insurance and assistance. His experience in managing the ecosystem of partners and responsible purchasing reinforces IMA Group’s expertise in this field, which is essential to its performance for the benefit of its shareholders and clients.

Catherine LARDY is appointed Deputy Director of IMA Innovations.

Catherine Lardy, 58 years old, joined the IMA Group in 2009. With more than 20 years of experience in the fields of marketing and innovation, she has managed numerous innovation projects within the Group: from the acculturation of teams to the operational implementation of associated transformations. This appointment is in line with the Group’s desire to accelerate the implementation of projects combining human know-how and new technologies (digitalization, AI in particular) in the field of assistance.
