Human Day - IMATECH honored for Two HR initiatives
On September 24, IMATECH attended the Human Trophy awards ceremony. This is a must-attend event in the Lille business community that recognizes best practices in management, human resources, and the workplace.
For its first time participating, IMATECH presented two projects centered on a shared goal: to leverage expertise and enable every employee to realize their potential. It was a successful endeavor, as both initiatives received awards.
Supporting the Development of Managerial Skills
Having received two awards, including the “Jury’s Favorite” award, the “Graine de talents” initiative was particularly praised for:
- The practical nature of the approach, due to its dual-purpose mission,
- The freedom to withdraw,
- Close, ongoing support throughout the process.
Rolled out prior to the IMA Group’s first-time manager program, the initiative enables the identification, testing, and development of internal managerial talent in a gradual and sustainable manner. This is achieved through personalized mentoring, customized training, and regular skills assessments.
More than twenty managers have already participated in the program. This initiative illustrates our commitment to guiding and supporting employees as they advance into managerial roles.
Customer Relations in the Spotlight
The “Best Advisor” initiative took third place in the competition’s “Responsible Recruitment” category. Beyond the program itself, the jury praised it as a strong initiative to highlight skills and promote recognition of the customer advisor profession.
Nearly 150 IMATECH customer service representatives participated in this internal challenge, held in conjunction with a national competition co-organized by Randstad and Co-relations. The test consisted of a 75-question multiple-choice exam to be completed in 20 minutes, covering the nine key customer relationship skills. This high level of participation demonstrates a strong commitment and a desire to improve their professional practice.
These awards highlight IMATECH’s commitment to aligning its HR policy with employee practices and expectations.
