IMA Ibérica and Mutua Levante Seguros sign a strategic agreement for the comprehensive management of multi-risk claims
IMA Ibérica Asistencia and Mutua Levante Seguros have entered into a strategic collaboration agreement under which IMA Ibérica will take over the comprehensive management of the mutual insurer’s multi-risk claims – Home and Commercial.
A global collaboration model
As part of this alliance, Mutua Levante entrusts IMA Ibérica with the overall coverage of its Home and Commercial portfolio through a hybrid model combining reinsurance and service provision.
The agreement includes the comprehensive management of assistance services, notably covering:
- Repair services
- Handyman services
- Out-of-coverage interventions
- Emergency services
All these services are structured under centralized management, enabling coverage of the entire claims lifecycle.
Strengthening commitment to policyholders
Through this collaboration, Mutua Levante strengthens its commitment to excellence in customer service by relying on a provider with operational capacity across the entire national territory—an essential factor in ensuring consistent, agile, and high-quality service for its policyholders.
For its part, IMA Ibérica brings its dual expertise as both an insurance and assistance company, along with a strong specialized operational structure and an extensive network of professionals.
