IMA Participations: a fund that prioritizes partnerships above all else

Featured by Maddyness, IMA Participations exemplifies IMA Group’s commitment to making innovation a driver of transformation by supporting high-potential startups in ways that go far beyond mere financing.

How can an investor become a true partner in growth?

This is the vision of IMA Participations, IMA Group’s investment fund. Founded in 2018, this corporate venture capital* firm has €15 million in assets under management and supports innovative startups in the early-stage and Series A phases, with investments of up to €1 million.

Active in the fields of mobility, housing, healthcare, and operational performance, IMA Participations stands out for its resolutely operational approach. Each investment is driven by a business unit within IMA Group and is accompanied by a concrete partnership aimed at transforming assistance services and accelerating innovation.

A development accelerator for startups

Beyond funding, the startups we support benefit from exclusive access to IMA Group’s industry expertise, its teams, its network of partners, and a large-scale testing ground. This close collaboration fosters the development of concrete use cases, accelerates commercial growth, and facilitates the deployment of solutions both in France and internationally.

The results are tangible: in 2025, the startups in the portfolio generated €27.3 million in revenue, including €5.5 million generated directly with IMA Group, proof of the real synergies created. Some collaborations have led to more than 55,000 bookings made via The Treep and more than 12,000 sessions deployed by Urban Fisio in the Iberian market.

Through IMA Participations, IMA reaffirms its commitment to making innovation a driver of sustainable transformation, serving its business units, partners, and the startups that are building the services of tomorrow.
