IMATECH strengthens its development in Lille
Nearly a year after setting up in Lille with insurance management teams, IMATECH is continuing its development with the arrival of a new team of legal advisors. This marks an important new stage in IMATECH's development in terms of its strategic priorities and its desire to respond to the growth opportunities offered by its partners.
Based in the Wojo Lille coworking space, the new legal team has gradually been built up since the beginning of the year. Twelve client advisors recently joined the Lille site, completing the initial recruitment drive carried out in 2025. The site now has more than 30 employees, combining legal and insurance management activities.
IMATECH's legal advisors work with individuals to support and advise them in resolving a variety of legal issues (family law, labor law, real estate law, and consumer law). The Lille team works closely with the Nantes and Paris teams, thereby strengthening IMATECH's ability to meet the expectations of its shareholders and partners.
Lille, an attractive breeding ground for attracting new talent
After Paris in 2023, several options were explored before settling on Lille. Among the criteria taken into account were the attractiveness of the local job market and candidates' appetite for customer relations, quality of life, access to infrastructure (train station), ease of access to Wojo's premises for teams from Nantes, Paris, and Niort (headquarters of the IMA Group), as well as proximity to universities and training centers for recruiting qualified talent.
