Your daily tasks
• You will handle technical enquiries from automotive professionals by telephone and email, providing them with practical answers in a variety of areas (diagnostic assistance for all makes (cars/lorries), spare parts assistance, mediation, etc.).
• You will assist them in resolving complex technical problems, helping to facilitate their work in the workshop. -
Your profil
• Training in automotive mechanics (e.g. BTS Vehicle Maintenance)
• Workshop experience
