We build lasting relationships with our service providers. Every partnership begins with a rigorous selection process that takes into account geographical coverage, skills, accreditations, availability, and quality of service, all with a view to controlling costs.

Furthermore, proximity in the field is central to our approach. Our area managers coordinate the network and provide ongoing support to our partners. This presence enables us to maintain a high level of responsiveness and availability for these professionals.

We also regularly monitor services using shared indicators, audits, and needs-based management. The digitization of our processes complements this system, streamlining and simplifying exchanges and improving the customer experience.

Rigorous selection and monitoring for ever-higher quality

Every new service provider that joins our network undertakes to comply with specific requirements, formalized by signing a partnership agreement and following a set of specifications specific to each profession. 
This commitment is based on a shared quality framework. This document includes service quality objectives and an appropriate price list, with a view to establishing a sustainable and balanced partnership
During interventions, each member of the IMA network contributes directly to the quality of customer relations expected by IMA's clients (shareholders, automotive manufacturers, mutual insurance companies, etc.). Our dedicated teams ensure continuous quality monitoring based on operational indicators, satisfaction surveys, and analysis of field feedback.
