Recruitment of 150 support officers in Limoges
After opening its support center in Limoges in 2024, the IMA Group is continuing its expansion by launching a new wave of recruitment.
This campaign coincides with the move of IMA's teams to their permanent premises. The larger, fully renovated site will provide them with a high-quality working environment.
Expertise rather than diplomas
For this unprecedented recruitment campaign in Limoges, IMA is looking for motivated individuals above all else, rather than specific skills. All candidates have the opportunity to enter the recruitment process. The only prerequisite is to demonstrate the following qualities:
- A desire to develop customer experience.
- The ability to manage emotions, listen carefully to analyze a situation, and apply a sense of service.
- Be able to adapt to IT tools.
Assistance officer, a meaningful job
To support millions of French people on a daily basis, our teams answer the phone 24/7 to respond to requests from policyholders facing unexpected situations and provide them with human, medical, or technical assistance in emergency situations. In concrete terms, this means, for example, coming to the aid of a beneficiary who has broken down on the highway, or a vacationer who has been injured on the other side of the world.
In each situation, assistance officers must quickly find the most appropriate solution, first by listening to and reassuring the person they are talking to, analyzing their request and their contract, and then implementing the relevant services (breakdown/towing, repatriation, taxi or hotel reservations, provision of a replacement vehicle, etc.).
These support officer positions offer a particularly rich and meaningful professional and human experience. It is a unique opportunity to develop your sense of service and your ability to manage emergency situations with responsiveness, listening skills, and empathy. What could be a more rewarding mission than providing practical assistance on a daily basis to our beneficiaries in need, whether in France or on the other side of the world?
A new work environment
In February 2026, the IMA Limoges team moved into its permanent premises after 18 months of work supervised by SELI (Société d’Equipement du Limousin) to renovate the former Chénieux clinic. A larger site to accommodate a larger team, designed entirely to provide a high-quality environment.
2,100 m² renovated, plus a 700 m² extension
228 workstations spread over six support platforms
80 spaces in the private underground car park
