REMORK’Show 2026: IMA strengthens its ties with a network at the heart of service performance

From April 21 to 23, IMA participated in the REMORK’Show in Clermont-Ferrand, the premier event for professionals in the roadside assistance and towing industry. This strategic presence served to reaffirm IMA’s commitment to its network partners, who are essential to the quality of service provided to customers.

Un temps fort indispensable pour la filière assistance

In a rapidly evolving industry facing major regulatory, economic, and technological challenges, the REMORK’Show has established itself as a premier venue for discussion, sharing experiences, and collaborative development. For us, this event is a key opportunity to strengthen our ties with industry professionals, anticipate changes in the field, and firmly anchor our partnership-based approach at the heart of our strategy.

A local presence dedicated to fostering network relationships

Over the course of three days, our network coordinators welcomed roadside assistance providers and tow truck operators, as well as passenger transport companies, to our booth. These interactions help us discover new businesses while strengthening relationships with our network partners, fostering a collaboration built on listening, trust, and transparency.

Because the quality of assistance depends above all on the excellence of our service calls, we place our network of partners at the center of our model. This close relationship is a key asset in ensuring that our service calls are effective, safe, and tailored to the expectations of our shareholders, partners, and beneficiaries.

Innovation and operational performance are at the heart of the challenges

The trade show also highlighted significant advancements in the digitalization of roadside assistance and towing services, spearheaded by the Union des Assisteurs. Among these, the simplified digital service order—integrated into the Nomad Mobile tool—has emerged as a key driver for streamlining communication among stakeholders, enhancing the traceability of assignments, and reducing disputes.

Designed to address real-world challenges, these solutions directly contribute to improving the sector’s operational performance. This is a trend that IMA fully supports, convinced that shared innovation is an essential driver of progress, trust, and value creation for the entire roadside assistance ecosystem.

A long-term commitment to our partners

By participating in the REMORK’Show 2026, IMA reaffirms its position as a committed and responsible player in the assistance sector, fully aware of the profound changes taking place in the industry. In a context where demands for service quality, economic performance, and social responsibility are increasingly intertwined, the assistance sector is evolving toward a model that is ever more structured, transparent, and ethical.
