The IMA Group and IMA Ibérica Asistencia report a strong financial year for 2025
Driven by its international expansion and its operations in France, alongside its mutual shareholders and partners, the IMA Group closed the 2025 financial year with solid results, achieving a turnover of €1.112 billion, representing a 7% increase compared with 2024.
Against this backdrop of sustainable growth and international expansion, IMA Ibérica played a particularly notable role, contributing significantly to the Group’s results.
IMA Ibérica Asistencia boosts the IMA Group’s performance with a record financial year
The 2025 financial year stands out as a landmark year for the Iberian subsidiary, which recorded an activity figure of €98.4 million. Turnover saw solid growth of 23.7% compared with the previous year, reflecting the company’s excellent performance. This growth was observed across all the business lines in which IMA Ibérica operates: motor assistance, travel insurance, personal assistance and home assistance, demonstrating the strength and diversification of its business model.
In this context, the strategic agreement reached with Seguros Lagun Aro and Pelayo was particularly decisive and contributed to the achievement of these results.
Furthermore, during the financial year, IMA Ibérica strengthened its operational capacity with the opening of a new centre in Ávila and took a significant step forward in its corporate development with the inauguration of its new headquarters in Madrid. This growth was also accompanied by an expansion of its workforce, with an increase in staff numbers during the financial year to support the development of the business and enhance the quality of the service provided.
