At IMA PROTECT, it’s Christmas come early!

IMA PROTECT, a company within the IMA Group and a specialist in alarm, remote monitoring and smart home solutions, is offering the first three months’ subscription free of charge for any new contract taken out by 31 December 2024, on any of its remote monitoring packages (‘ESSENTIELLE’, “À LA CARTE” or “TOUT INCLUS”).

In 2023, more than 217,600 residential burglaries* were recorded, according to the Ministry of the Interior’s Statistical Service. With the festive season, particularly Christmas, being a high-risk period, IMA PROTECT is announcing the launch of a promotional offer allowing all new subscribers to one of its remote monitoring packages (‘ESSENTIELLE’, “À LA CARTE” or “TOUT INCLUS”) to benefit from 3 months’ free subscription**.

Depending on the plan they have subscribed to, every IMA PROTECT customer benefits from the following commitments and/or high levels of service:

Security guards available 24/7. In the event of an alert, including at night or on Sundays, IMA PROTECT immediately dispatches the nearest guard.
2 French remote monitoring stations certified APSAD P5 (Nantes & Angers), responsible for remotely managing each alarm and, if necessary, notifying law enforcement.
A custom installation. The expert technician responsible for installing the equipment works with the subscriber in advance to determine the equipment best suited to their home, needs, and lifestyle.
Equipment checked daily. The proper functioning of the equipment, designed for self-diagnosis, is monitored remotely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To make homes even safer and smarter, the IMA PROTECT system also allows connected devices (such as power outlets and thermostats) from leading brands to communicate with the remote monitoring system. Thanks to its solutions, interfaces, and usage scenarios, each subscriber can control these devices intuitively and seamlessly according to their preferences. As the first remote monitoring provider to offer this service, IMA PROTECT is counting on this innovation to enhance its customers’ security and better support them in managing their energy consumption (through temperature control or remote shutdown of energy-intensive devices).
