Our commitment to inclusion
At IMA Protect, inclusion lies at the heart of our HR policy. All our job opportunities are open to people with disabilities, and we provide personalized support to adapt roles and responsibilities when needed — including specific workplace adjustments, tailored training, and dedicated guidance from our Disability Officer. We recently signed a three-year agreement with AGEFIPH to further strengthen our actions: accelerating professional inclusion, raising awareness and training our teams, preventing job loss, and reinforcing our CSR commitment.
We actively take part in the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities and lead solidarity and awareness initiatives throughout the year, such as the Courir pour Toit Challenge, the Activ’Challenge, Pink October, and other collective actions. These initiatives help foster team cohesion, employee engagement, and an inclusive culture across the company.
We also support employee caregivers and individuals with DYS disorders.
