IMH has won the 2026 Entreprises et Territoires Award in the ‘innovative recruitment’ category
IMH received this award for successfully implementing its recruitment initiative targeting people from the construction industry.
Established in 2024, this ceremony is organised by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Employment Network, comprising France Travail Nouvelle-Aquitaine, ARML Nouvelle-Aquitaine (local employment agencies) and CHEOPS Nouvelle-Aquitaine (CAP Emploi). The aim of this award is to recognise exemplary companies in Nouvelle-Aquitaine that are committed to recruiting in a different, inclusive and sustainable way.
The IMH project in detail
Initiated by the HR development department responsible for recruitment, at the instigation of senior management, the aim was to recruit individuals with a background in the construction industry to enhance IMH’s expertise in this sector.
To carry out this initiative, a partnership was established with France Travail to identify suitable candidates and set up practical assessments and tests for core skills: proficiency in French, IT literacy and customer service skills. Subsequently, France Travail continued to support the project by funding the training courses undertaken by candidates at the AFPA.
A project that goes far beyond simple recruitment. We are talking here about inclusion to encourage the recruitment of people wishing to retrain, but who are distant from the job market or unable to continue in their current profession (due to disability, health reasons or older age). Thanks to this project, in June 2025, IMH took on seven new employees undergoing retraining, all from the construction sector, who are still with the company today.
